Celebration

One of the reasons it’s hard to stick to a budget (or a diet) in this city is that there’s no such thing as “regular living”.  There’s always a holiday, something to celebrate – a reason to buy a bottle of champagne, to go out, to enjoy a festival.  And if there’s not an official holiday or event, someone from out of town comes to visit, and that’s a cause for celebration too!

But this celebratory attitude is transferable to any location – just make it happen.  Need some inspiration?  Try reading Life is a Verb by Patti Digh.

This looks like you all were having a wonderful time down in N’Orleans! With that crowd it looks like it was one big happy party!
